Rtpcr positive after 20 days

Rtpcr is again positive for my mother after 20 days appx. Although RAT was negative . Her score is Gene 1 :ORFlab 34 Gene 2: N 31.83 Please guide. She has no fever and very mild cough. Headache comes sometimes.
