After drinking start consuming water or lemon water after 2 days you can go for any blood investigations Best for you will be LFT,KFT,CBC,Urine R/M, Lipid profile

There isn't such a hard and fast rule of days but ideally after consuming alcohol a blood test can be given 48 hours later which would not show the effects of the alcohol consumption as by that time period the effects of your drinking shouldn't show much.
