Rough skin near left eye

I have developed rough skin on my left eye lid and under my left eye which sometimes cause itching.How to get rid of this? Can I use ayur herbal massage cream to moisturize it?

It may be due to dust allergy .Use opthacare eye drop(himalaya) 2drops in both eyes thrice a day. Intake haridrakandam 1tsp thrice a day for 15 days. Wash your face frequently with clean water. Use herbal face wash/soap. Apply  vasocare(emami)in affected part. If associated with other symptoms please consult through practo.
