My nose has become very very rough at the upper part ..... White heads are continuously coming . And my nose is very oily ... While the whole skin is dry . Tell me how to cure this .... As soon as possible ... Thanks

Thanks for the query. These are possibly comedones and removing them with nails may cause a problem, you need to find why are they happening and it can be done easily by consulting a dermatologist.
