I am pregnant and I have diagnosed with mild DNS with bilateral concha bullosa...my left nose always blocked I am using flutiflo spray n xylomist nasal spray but continues use of these decongestant can effect my pregnancy.. gaenacologist suggest me to not use anything like this...what should I do? I also take 2times steam..
