Have you been suggested root canal treatment by a dentist???? Absence of pain (or symptoms) does not always indicate absence of disease. For example if you want to talk about the tooth that requires root canal treatment, sometimes the pain is not present because the nerves that feel the pain have been decayed completely under the influence of the acid produced by the bacteria....
Next Steps
you can share the X-ray of the tooth if possible for a better and more rational suggestion from our side.
