I am doing warm saline rinses and also taking medicin sm fibro but its not working ... so what should i do .

After quitting the habits only the results will start to show. Moreover u need to take the tablets for 3 months..The results won't show within few days..Have patience and get an appointment with dentist again after using the medicine for 2-3 weeks for a review.
