Root canal for crowntooth
I have one bridge for 9 tooth.
Where 2 tooth got infected and doctor suggested to go for root canal.
Few doctors suggested to remove bridge n do root canal and place the bridge if it fits other wise need to replace with the new one.
One doctor suggested root canal can be done with out removing bridge is permanent solution n will not get infection again..
Please can someonesuggest which one is best option... Does going RCT with crown will not cause any further problems...

Lots of things has to be taken into consideration, but more obvious is root canal can be done without removing the bridge. If Supporting (abutment) teeth have poor prognosis then better those should be extracted. If possible upload an OPG for better and more appropriate treatment planning.

You didn't mentioned the bridge is how many years old.depending on that decide the treatment. If bridge is very new, go for RCT, directly but in future you have to replace the bridge with new one.if comes out, r damaged.if the bridge old enough, go for rct and new bridge.so the changes in surrounding tooth structure can be restored, no microleakages.
