After root canal treatment of a tooth there should not be any uncomfortable sensation in a tooth as there is no vital/living tissues inside the treated tooth any more. But there are two points. Always remember to get a crown prosthesis (cap/ crown) for root canal treated tooth as after RCT, the treated tooth becomes comparably more brittle than healthy tooth and biting hard food it can fracture / break.
