Today in gym, while lifting rod (30kg)over my shoulder during workout I accidentally hit my chin as my pace was very fast. After the rod hit my chin i did not lost consciousness and didn't experience any symptoms like dizziness or nausea. My chin also don't hurt. Should I worry for brain injury or something like that?

As long as you don't have any symptoms,it's highly unlikely that you have traumatic brain injury.
