Ringworm infection at public area

I have got ringworm infection from past 15 days it's not going I have used many home remedies this is the first time I have had in my life wat are the medicines how to cure it

You can follow following steps for the time being. 1) wash the affected part with neem and triphala kadha(boil 10 to 15 neem leaves and 1 teaspoon of triphala powder in 500 ml of water for 10 minutes.then strain it) 2)then dry the part completely with soft clean cotton cloth 3) apply fungase cream on it Repeat after every 12 hrs .
Health Tips
wash your clothes seperately in hot water.regular personal hygiene is strictly necessary.wear loose fitting cotton clothes only. avoid spicy fried food,fast food,sour and salty food,fermented food,also curd.
