Ringing in ears since three weeks now

It started suddenly and I didn't attend any concert or wasn't exposed to loud noises. I work in a software company in Netherlands with no loud noise exposure. Due to Covid-19, no doctors are available till May. The ringing is maddening and am sleep deprived since many days now. Am not under any medications. I don't have cold( sometimes I feel though. It comes and goes) but no nose blockage or cough. My hearing if completely fine. Right ear sometimes feel blocked and I can feel water dripping sensations in it and sometime when am lying down I can feel my pulse in my ears.Am trying everything from listening to white noise and sleep music and binaural sounds. They don't help much. I just want to sleep. It's depressing and irritating me a lot. Please help me with your valuable suggestions. I have Xybel nasal drops from India with me. And I won't be traveling to India anytime Nothing on Internet about this is positive and it's making it worse. Please help me. Thank you.

Use saline nasal drops instead, if available 3 drops each nostril followed by a steam inhalation with plain water. Tab. Sinarest ( decongestant) Morning and night for 5 days. Tab. Montek LC at bedtime for 1 week. When possible consult and get your ears examined, might need further investigations

If you are sure that your hearing is normal, you need not to worry much. Moreover, bilateral nature of tinnitus also reduces possibility of space occupying lesion or tumour. Most of the time tinnitus gets exaggerated by being anxious and thinking about it. So most important treatment is try to IGNORE IT. Try listening to some light music.
