After taking injection in ear if no result is there . No injection will work . Kindly suggest I am worrying. Tinnitus can be cured permanently or not .

Sir a proper history is needed for tinnitus evaluation ...only then cause can be traced ... There are certain kinds of tinnitus which can be managed but still more details are required like pitch , quality of tinnitus etc ... Also any associated hearing loss etc ... Plz consult an ent specialist
