MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : Sections from right vocal cord mass lesion shows histological features of moderate differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Tumor cells are arranged in nests and cords. Adjoining areas show inflammatory cell infiltration. IMPRESSION : Moderate differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Please suggest the next steps.

Biopsy confirms cancer... Depending on few more investigations, his treatment needs to start either surgery or Radiotherapy... Please consult for further advise

He can be cured by radical radiotherapy with conformal technique..you should see a radiation oncologist. Good luck. Abd smoking if present should be stopped
