Hello did you visit a GP locally to examine the hard mass what you are describing at. If not then it’s required to rule out umbilical hernia or Rectus muscle split . Meanwhile what all symptoms are you having apart from pain. Do you have gaseous distension , Lois motions etc. please specify . Need be get yourself examined physically.
