Right upper abdomen pain

I am having dull right upper abdomen pain almost full day right below rib cage, sometimes the pain travels to right side of belly button. Had full abdomen USG done grade 2 non alcoholic fatty liver came(but as per my understanding liver has no pain nerves), rest everything came OK including gallbladder. What could be the reason for the pain?

Your fatty liver may be the cause for pain.liver enlargement stretches the capsule which can cause pain. Do consider intensive lifestyle changes for your fatty liver.
Next Steps
if you consume alcohol,you must consider giving it up

Please consult a General Physician in your area. He may find some causes for your abdominal pain. You mentioned that the liver has no pain or nerve fibres , you might also know that the liver has a capsule which responds to so many sensations. So the liver is not all that senseless organ .
