Right tonsilar hypertrophy

Hi sir , i have this problem of right tonsilar hypertrophy since 6 months and upper jugulo digastric lymphnode swelling .i dont have fever weight loss . I want to know that is it physiology or pathological cause. As iam searching in google ,it was telling to be lymphoma.

First of all please don't Google ur symptoms. Google is supposed to give all the possibilities most of which will have a only a very small chance of happening. From what u are saying I understand that ur right tonsil is larger than the left with JD lymph node enlargement. It can happen in chronic tonsillitis which is more common. And the duration of 6 months without progression makes lymphoma unlikely. But to have a 100 percentage sure diagnosis u have to see someone directly
