Right thumb pain

It's been 4 months and my right thumb is still in pain. What will i do? I cant hold big weights anymore at a long period of time

If you have not been hit by anything, this may be dequervain's tenosynovitis. In other words, the tendons in your thumb may be inflammed.
Next Steps
You have to stop lifting weights for 3 weeks, apply ice (5 to 6 times a day), apply a crepe bandage and take mild painkillers...if this does not work, you may require a steroid injection...
