  4. Right side Upper back pain. Appreciated!

Right side Upper back pain

My upper right side of back area (lats and close surroundings) hurts while I breathe from few days(it subsided usually in few days)but it got aggravated today once I woke up (did some Arms workout with stretching and roller yesterday). Just took a muscle relaxant (ACEMIZ MR) Any advice would be appreciated
