I have stomach pain nearly 2weeks. There is no urination issue, no fever, no severe pain. Pain sometimes come and sometimes not there. I have taken usg before 6 month. Detected fatty liver. Whether fatty liver cause pain in  lower stomach? No other issue like appendix. Kindly tell any solution

For correct diagnosis - More history is require- What's is exact location of stomach pain ? Grade of fatty liver ? From above history - fatty liver can cause pain but pain is behera below the right costal area.
