The pain could be due to many reasons from
gases.....acidity.....constipation....ovarian corpus luteum cyst...or even ectopic pregnancy.
The only way to confirm this or rule out the dreaded ectopic pregnancy is to do an ultrasound to ascertain that the pregnancy is in the uterus....and to rule out ovarian cyst...
Once this is ruled out it is better to get treated for the rest by simple medicines as per the gynec treating you.....
But an evaluation by a gynec is a must to get medicines....
