Hi, I have noticed that my right side of chest is bigger than left side. My weight-77 kgs and height 173 cm. I am fat. Is it due to fat deposit? Attaching pic for your ref.

You are having gynecomastia...it is easily treatable condition.  Scarless removal of fat can be done via liposuction. The condition is unlikely to be resolved by medicine. Since how long u hv had this condition.
