It may be due to lumber problem like oestiophytes in lumber vertebrae or sacroiliatis? Please get an x-ray done of lumber spine first. Do some hot water formantation at back. Apply diclofinac cream for pain... Do some exercises of spinal extension. Don't worry it may take time near about 1-2 month.
