I am having rightside top stabbing headache does migrane headaches cause stabbing pains in frontal region or this is related to something else

Consult ophthalmologist. Get bp checked. Rule out migraine,cervical spondylosis. Do some neck stretches. Tab.nicip plus(1-0-1)3days after food.
