Right side facial twitching since long

I have undergone MRI, CMRI, anti MoG blood tests and all are okay. I have consumed Clonozepam and steroids but I still haven't been treated yet. The medication had side effects also. The problem was solved for a few days but not permanently. It's been 11 months now and the problem hasn't worsened, but it hasn't been treated either. Can someone help me?

If your report are normal , twitching over face is common among young people.
Next Steps
if it is disabling then plz consult neurologist for detailed physical examination
