I have severe pain in right side abdomen and that pain is passing over to the thighs , knee till feet and lower back also paining..this kind of pain I felt before the periods and after periods too.I got delayed periods after 45 days this month.during that time also I felt this pain. Suddenly I'm getting this pain past 3 days I felt relaxed again it came today...I have no idea about this pain but it killing my right side of lower body

You should consult gynecologist for physical examination. This may be positional pain like sciatica, so if isn't clear by gynecologist, you have to consult Orthopedician

You have recurrence of symptoms , so I would suggest you to get ans USG of the abdomen . It could be appendicitis or hemorrhagic ovarian cyst .
Next Steps
Consult a general surgeon after getting the scan report .

Were you operated for appendix before? If not ,kindly get a usg abdomen pelvis asap. Acute appendicitis - ?perforated and retrocaecal - most probable diagnosis. Other causes could be 1 Renal calculi (kidney stone) 2 Torsion of any preexisting adnexal cyst. You need a scan to diagnose any of the above. History or clinical examination wont give us anything.
