Today first ultrasound done . I have attached report. It shows a cyst of 4.6*2.7 cm on right ovary at 6 weeks 6 days pregnancy detected by usg. Please check the uploaded report. I am very tense. Because she feels sometime pains in right lower abdomen . I thought might be ectopic pregnancy but pregnancy is normal but right ovary is infected. Pls make me understand what to do next. Pls SK BADHWA SIR and other respected sir. Guide me further. What to do .

In this situation  we need to observe the cyst size at regular intervals .Don't  bend suddenly .
