Right Ovarian Cyst measuring 41X33 mm

My wife aged 40 had undergone a Pelvic Ultra Sound Scan as required by a dermatologist for PCOD. Fortunately PCO was ruled out. But the report says the follows: Uterus is normal in size, shape and in anteverted position. There's e/o a small intramural fibroid lesion seen arising from the posterior wall measuring around 11X9 mm. Echos returning from the endometrium is normal. Uterine cavity is empty. Adenexa: There's a e/o well defined cyst seen in right adenexal region measuring 41 X 33 mm. Right ovary is not separately imaged. Left Ovary and left adenexal region are not normal. Left ovary measures 2.7 X 1.5 cms. Pouch of Douglas is clear. Impression: Small Uterine Fibroid Right Ovarian Cyst Suggested Clinical correlation My question / concern: 1. Is the cyst found in the right adenexal region measuring 41 X 33 mm is a matter of concern? 2. Is there a concern on the fibroid found in the uterus? What are the next steps we need to pursue. Kindly advice. Thanks.
