Right nostril congestion

At night when I sleep my right nostril gets congested. When I wake up and sit straight for 15 to 30 minutes congestion reduces or dissolves. Again when I sleep and wake up same thing happens. This is causing disruption in my sleep. Kindly give me the cause. I do not have any cold etc.

This may be due to Hypertrophy of inferior turbinate.or deviated nasal septum. Do steam inhalation for 2times a day. U also need decongestant nasal spary. Adviced to take Online consultation for further evaluation & management
