Right maxillary polyp & septum deviation

2022-10-20 06:34:04
I've attached the report of PNS CT scan. I am really pissed off with nose blockage. Also having pre asthma and taking inhaler (budamate) and allergic medicines. My Marriage is in next month (very cold weather) and i am really scared now. Shall I get the surgery done or anh medication will help? CT scan impression: - The study reveals evidence of polypoidal mucosal wall thickening involving right maxillary sinus suggestive of polyp. - Deviation of nasal septum with bony spur and convexity towards left side is seen causing indentation over left middle-inferior turbinate.

If I go bt CT scan findings in report you require surgery. But it's an elective surgery so u can delay it for a while and regarding ur marriage u can contact your treating doctor and discuss the matter he can put you on certain medicines for a month or so then later u can plan for surgery. It's manageable nothing to worry about. No emergency
