Right Leg Discomfort

Hello All, I have been facing right leg numbness, heaviness from last 10 years. Sometimes i feel too much discomfort. It started after hydrocele surgery in 2005. But i don't know the exact reason. Please help how to diagnose this problem. I am really in very stress about this. Kindly advise me.
