Most of the day , my right legs feels thicker. It feels wierd while walking for 20 mins. Besides my thigh ,I feel my butt is bigger and hip too. When I sleep during nights upside down, I can feel something in my right lower abdomen as if it's touching mattress. Also I feel like a lot of gas and stools getting stuck there. Please help , I wanna walk normally. Also I found out tht my left leg is 1 inch smaller than right, I didn't know this until before 6 months , not sure why i am seeing tht all of a sudden.

I understand your concern but shortnening of leg without any trauma to the hip is unlikely maybe because of the change in your gate you might be feeling shortening of your leg. Have you measured the size of both thighs with the tape? Please measure both the thighs at the same level with tape, if there is any increase in the size you would need further evaluation. Reduce your weight. Have fiber rich food. Get thyroid profile, x ray spine.
