Right kidney size

One year back I have taken abdominal ultrasound scanning, in that my right kidney size is 10cm. Recently i have taken abdominal ultrasound scanning in different diagnostic centre,in this report they mention my right kidney size as 9.1cm. Is this any concern ? , remaining all normal and no issues. Please suggest.

Hello....... If you have no symptoms don't worry about it.. It could be machine error.. Machines don't measure size of kidney on its own.. Radiologist mark the ends of organ and measure.. So while marking millimeter variation is common. If you have any symptoms you must urologist.
