Pelviureteric junction (PUJ) obstruction is congenital disease in which the urine flow from the kidney to the ureter is not good because of narrowing of ureter.. You need to undergo some tests to confirm the diagnosis.. If the diagnosis of PUJ obstruction is confirmed then Surgery is the only treatment option.. Get an CT IVP done. Get an DTPA renogram done. Consult your nearest Urologist
