Recently i have fallen down by stairs so in my right wrist i had a ligament injury and this injury has been got ome montg ago so i want to know that normally how much time it take to recovery normally And nw when i move my hand to extreme level then it is painfull otherwise its normal so plz help me out

hi thanks for the query. from the complaints you had described it is thr ligament injury around the wrist. some timed after the ligament heals it heals with scar which can cause pain in extremes of movements. gradually this psin had to settle.
