I have swelling in right eyelid since 12 days feeling pain and pressure irritation no lump no stye is thre .plz suggest what it could be as it has been from 12 days.Attaching photos for reference

Hi Swelling in lid could be due to 1. Thyroid 2.dry eyes 3. Kidney disease You can use refresh tears 0.5 %6 times a day . Put ice packs Take adequate sleep Blink frequently If not relieved then get your thyroid levels and kft done
