From past two days, she's getting ear pain. When I see through the ear pierce with the light, some white layer has been appeared. What would be the solution to this problem?

White layer could be waxy flecks/fungal debris.. need to confirm by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
