Under went ultra scan there was a right ovary dominant follicle. Please explain me. Is anything to be worried

There is nothing to be worried about it... right ovary dominant follicle is a sign that you are ovulating normally.. if you have been trying for pregnancy they have sexual intercourse once the follicle ruptures
