Right diet for 8yr old girl

My daughter is 8 years old. She is 24kg and height is 128cm. What all should i include in her diet for her general wellbeing now as well as later in her life? Shè has phlegm formation when she drinks milk. Any other alternative for the same? Can i dilute milk and give her?

Follow diet for 8 year old girl and many substitute for milk like curd, buttermilk,cheese,paneer,tofu,soyabean etc .make some healthy and nutritious food in home for complete nutrition.
