Right chest dull pain

From 15 days when I walk fastly pain is trigger in my right chest when I stop it goes if I do other activiy than walking no pain feels what is the reason

Is there habit to lying on right side most time like to watching TV? About food intake for last 2 weeks? Any hit or fall on right out stretched hand?

How much time ur going for a walk? May be there is a muscle weakness,better do breathing exercises,even though if pain didn't subside consult near by physiotherapy center

It is mainly due to body dehydration u feel Tigger point and muscle stiffness
