Right Back Shoulder Pain

I have pain in my back shoulder wing right side. When I bend my head down it pains a lot. Now the pain is spreading in my right arm as well. This is happening from couple of months.

Hi The right side shoulder pain in back region radiating towards right arm happens usually in case of muscular sprain or a nerve compression injury. The symptoms worsens with time and may progress with tingling and numbness sensation. The treatment mainly includes analgesics to releive pain and physiotherapy.
