•Partial tear with thickening and hyperintense signal noted in anterior talofabular ligament. •Thickening with hyperintense signal noted in posterior talofabular and deltoid ligament- sprain. •Mild joint effusion noted in ankle and subtalar joints. •Bony contusion with interstitial injury and marrow edema noted in distal anterolateral aspect of tibia along inferior tibiofibular joint. Please help sir
