Right abdomen hurts while sleeping

I feel pain in right abdomen when I wake up inbetween while sleeping on my stomach.However pain is gone when I change position.Pain is not consistent and appears only in certain position.Also when I am in squat position I do feel avery slight heaviness in right abdomen.
