Hello dr. Good evening, my front ride, side 2 -3 ribs are paining from a month, and i can not  lay on right side while sleeping and i am afraid to x ray as it's not safe go outside and take a test can you please advice a reason of pain.

Probably this pain is due to vitamin d deficinecy(if any injury ruled out). So start tab. Drise 60k once a week for 3 months. Tab. Zerodol SP...... Sos for pain. If doesn't improve thn U may need to visit doctor
