My brother is suffering with rheumatoid arthritis for last 10 years and now he is suffering with high diabetes as well. We had treatment from Jaipur and Delhi but didnt get any success.

Both rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes are diseases which can be controlled with drugs which are continued for a lifetime. I'm not sure what treatment you've had till now, but it would be possible to control the symptoms of RA and control your sugars as well. Fortis C Doc is a specialty diabetic Hospital in South Delhi, so controlling your sugars should not be an issue.
