Revision Rhinoplasty Sought
I had a moderate deviation in septum which required rhinoplasty. However, I’d told the doctor that I wouldn’t want my nose tip to be rotated or nasal bridge to be flattened. Unfortunately, both have happened. I require a revision to push my tip downward by an angle of at least 10 degrees and bridge to be raised. Can I do so with a revision rhinoplasty that’s closed? How long should I wait to get a revision done?
If correction is still required, revision rhinoplasty is possible, but it is generally advised to wait at least 9–12 months after the primary surgery so that tissues soften and healing is complete.

I am wondering if you didn't want any external correction why the doctor did rhinoplasty? As its a very common misunderstanding among people that septoplasty and rhinoplasty are same.
For correction you must wait for revision surgery 2months of septoplasty and 6 month of rhinoplasty.

Revision rhinoplasty probably can be done, it needs a lot of assessment and the results generally are not very promising when you need very very minute changes
Revision surgery better to be done atleast 1 year after the initial surgery
