Vitamin b12 is normal, serums prolactin is high, please provide more information, you need to start medicine and need to do MRI brain.please reach out

Vit b12 seems to be fine But the prolactin levels are quite high . For that it needs physical examination and proper history taking with all sign and symptoms F/o symptoms of headache/visual disturbance

Hallo Vit b 12 is totally normal Prolactin seems quite high , We definately need to treat  th increased prolactin aa it's quite high Wht were your symptoms for which u did this test

u need to do one MRI brain , to see these high level of prolactin r u taking any medications from long term basis ?
