Retinol or tretinoin on vitiligo

Hello I have vitiligo on legs and body and I want to use tretinoin on face. One of the doctors recommended it to me a year ago. But I forgot to tell her I have vitiligo. I m 30 years. I want to start anti aging treatment and have some acne. can I use tretin 0.025?? If not then which other active ingredients can I use from the list? Vitamin c Niacinamide Azelic acid Aha bha pha Lactic acid Hyaluronic acid Retinols over the counter Peptides

You can... however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
