Retinitis pigmentosa
My father-in-law has retinitis pigmentosa and completely blind my husband have not shown any symptoms yet. Is it possible that our children will also have this disease even if my husband does not have it? My husband is 28 is it possible for him to still develop the disease???

Yes retinitis pigmentosa is hereditary and can skip one generation and manifest again .
The disease can be mild also . Unfortunately, from treatment point , nothing much is available. But do not panick! may be you are lucky ..and it wont manifest.
For this, genetic counseling can help . They can be available in big hospitals or Eye Institutes.
