Can prolonged usage of computer and mobiles leads to retinal muscles weak?. Is this the reason for retinal lattice with hole?

Hi No , screen time has no effect on retina. This is not the reason for lattice and hole. It causes computer vision syndrome or digital eye strain, asthenopia or eye muscle weakness. Take care.
